These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loadout platform ("Loadout," "we," "us") at getloadout.com. By creating an account or using the platform in any capacity — as a user or as a developer — you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Loadout.
Loadout is a curated marketplace for add-ons, integrations, and tools built for Method CRM. Loadout connects independent developers ("Developers") with businesses and individuals who use Method CRM ("Users"). Loadout itself is not a party to any agreement between Users and Developers arising from the use of listed add-ons.
You must create an account to access most platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
You may not create accounts for others without their consent, share your account with third parties, or use automated means to create accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Some add-ons are available for a one-time payment. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by the Developer. Disputes about the functionality of a purchased add-on should be directed first to the Developer via the in-app messaging system.
Loadout Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that grants access to premium features including the Loadout AI AI assistant and Pro-only add-ons. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds.
Promotion codes are subject to their own terms and expiration dates, are non-transferable, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Loadout reserves the right to modify or revoke promotion codes at any time.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable platform fees.
To list add-ons on Loadout, you must apply for a Developer account and be approved. By listing an add-on, you represent that:
Loadout reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion. Developers are solely responsible for supporting their own add-ons and for any warranties they make to Users.
You agree not to use Loadout to:
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
Loadout Pro subscribers have access to Loadout AI, an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. Loadout AI is provided as a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, technical, or otherwise). AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — always verify important information independently.
Do not share sensitive personal information, confidential business data, or credentials in AI conversations. You are responsible for how you use or act upon AI-generated content.
Loadout and its original content, features, and design are owned by Loadout and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without written permission.
Add-ons listed on the marketplace are the intellectual property of their respective Developers. Installing an add-on grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use that add-on according to its stated terms — it does not transfer ownership.
Loadout integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Supabase, Resend, and Anthropic. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Loadout is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Add-ons listed on Loadout may integrate with additional third-party systems. You should review the terms of any third-party services before using add-ons that connect to them.
Loadout is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any add-on listed by a Developer. Loadout curates listings to a reasonable standard but cannot verify every claim made by Developers. Users install and use add-ons at their own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loadout and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Loadout shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Loadout in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $50 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loadout and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of Loadout after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loadout operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
