It updates received quantities across Method CRM and QuickBooks Online in real time, generates a bill linked to the original PO, and stores a complete record of the transaction, including photos and signatures. A built-in history tab provides access to past receipts, allowing users to reference or delete submissions as needed, with deletions instantly reflected in Method and QuickBooks to keep records accurate.
