Invoice Credit Memo Apply is a customization for the Method Invoices app that solves a common and frustrating gap for Method users on QuickBooks Online: applying credit memos to invoices without having to leave Method. Out of the box, Method does not support linking credit memos to invoices in a way that syncs properly to QBO. This forces users to jump back into QuickBooks Online to apply credits manually, breaking workflows, slowing down billing, and creating confusion between systems. This app adds native credit memo visibility and application directly inside the Method invoice screen. Users can see all outstanding credit memos for the customer, view remaining balances, apply one or more credits to an invoice, and have that linkage sync correctly to QuickBooks Online using a custom QBO integration. Credits can also be applied at the sales order level. When the sales order is converted into an invoice, the credit automatically transfers and syncs to QBO, preserving the relationship without any extra steps. This app is designed as a must-have fix for any Method user running on QuickBooks Online who wants accurate balances, clean books, and a single invoicing workflow without constant back-and-forth between systems.
